Ah, summer in the Highlands! What a joy it was to spend a few weeks in mid-2025 exploring some of my favourite glens in brilliant greens and early light. The last few years I've spent much of my efforts focused on the other "better" seasons (of course, this is a fallacy); instead, I committed to finding out what the long hours around the Solstice had to offer — and, as usual, Scotland delivered.
