Cliq Members Zoom meet-ups
Please join us online for an informal group meeting where we can get acquainted, share ideas and images, and discuss things to come! Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many will attend.

Member Article: The Importance of Design in Photography
In our next article, Nat provides an introduction to the concept of photographic design. This is a topic which we will cover in much more depth over the coming months. This short piece will get you started thinking about it.
Assignment: Kitchen / Garage Still Life
Here's a great exercise building on the basic idea of designing photographs.
Spend some time in your kitchen and/or garage, finding interesting things to photograph: utensils, cookware, tools, storage containers, etc. Create multiple arrangements with the objects, concentrating on the strength of the compositions and the use of lighting and depth of field. The images can be representational or abstract—it's up to you.
Make various photos and process them to share in one of our upcoming Zoom meetings.

Call for Entries: Street Photography
Submissions for our first major group exhibition of 2024 opens today, 8th May. All photographers everywhere are invited to enter images for a chance to be included in the exhibition.
Cliq members get 15% off entry fees. When you go to the website, be sure to Log In (using the icon at the upper right of the screen) and your discount will be automatically applied.
